TERMS OF SERVICE

Please make sure to read these Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase. Refunds due to information already stated in the ToS will not be issued in full, as PayPal fees cannot be refunded. I am not responsible for covering these fees, as it is the buyer's responsibility to review the ToS before purchasing.I accept payment via PayPal and Ko-fi. If using PayPal, I will ask for your email so I can send an invoice to said adress. I will charge in USD.I accept holds for adoptables, with a maximum of four active holds per person at any given time. Holds are valid for up to one week. If payment or further communication is not received within that period, the hold will be automatically canceled. I reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at my discretion.If you request holds on two separate adoptables and cancel both, you will no longer be eligible for future holds. Please understand that re-listing an adoptable often receives less visibility than the original post, and repeated holds and cancellations result in lost time and income.If you buy an adoptable or a custom from me, feel free to use it, change their design and post it with or without credit. You can also sell it again, if possible, for a cheaper price.Adoptables are strictly non-refundable. Because the unwatermarked files are delivered immediately upon purchase, the buyer gains full access to the product and cannot return it. Once the files have been received, the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed, as digital goods cannot be "returned" in the same way physical items can.
Pay plans are available for adopts won at $250 or more. A non-refundable down payment of 30–40% of the final price is required within 48 hours of the auction ending to secure the adopt. The remaining balance must be paid within a timeframe based on the final price: adopts priced at $250–$300 must be completed within 1 month, $300–$500 within 2 months, and $500–$750 within 3 months. Ownership and full design rights are not transferred until the adopt is paid in full and the buyer may not use, resell, trade or modify the design until completion. Missed payments without prior communication will result in the pay plan being voided, all payments being forfeited and the adopt returning to the artist.
For Ko-fi members in the Super Mobian and Hyper Mobian tiers, all perks are granted on a monthly, per-billing period basis and are non-cumulative. Each eligible member receives one 5USD discount per billing period, which must be used within that billing period and does not carry over to the next. Hyper Mobian members additionally receive one free adopt coupon per billing period, which is also single-use and non-transferable, and likewise does not carry over.Membership perks reset upon renewal and are tied to the member's renewal date rather than the calendar month. Therefore, if a member joins on a specific day, the next set of monthly perks becomes available only after the membership renews.Membership perks do not apply to adoptable auctions. Members may not use perks to preclaim adoptables or apply discounts to adoptables won through bidding.

- I will ask for full payment once I accept your commission and will start it when I receive it.- I will update you with the full process of the commission so you can let me know if there is anything you would like to change.- Depending on the workload, I can take longer finishing a commission, but if that is the case, I will let you know properly. I will also provide my Trello so you are updated about your position on the queue. Please, don't rush me.- I will not accept refunds once the sketch is finished, unless I turn down the commission myself.- I will only draw Sonic styled characters!

I will not draw NSFW content, gore or anything that I could consider problematic.I can draw OC's and canon characters, shipps are also allowed.
